All our flights accord to a minimum passenger numbers per flight of 2. All prices are GST inclusive and priced in $NZ. Due to the nature of light aircraft, we are limited to maximum (combined) passenger weight, because of this we reserve the right to reduce passengers carried per flight. It is preferable that you provide weights in either pounds or kilograms to the pilot. However, if required we may need to weigh passengers upon arrival.

Due to weather requirements, flights may be postponed or cancelled at the pilot’s discretion at any time with no prior notification. For weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will apply, or another flight rescheduled.

Gift vouchers will be valid for 12 months from date of issue, after which time they will be null and void. No refunds will be provided after 12 months from date of issue unless the pilot has rescheduled.

For safety reasons the company reserves the right to “offload” items deemed a risk to passengers, aircraft and employees. Rotor Work Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay, inconvenience, cost or expense whatsoever, sustained in participating with our operations or participation in any service which the company is not a provider of the service unless it was caused by an act of the company. By purchasing an e-Ticket with Rotor Work Ltd, you agree to all the above conditions.
