Training and Competency
All staff are trained both internally and externally for the tasks we undertake. Training is a continuous process and ensures staff is kept up to date with current regulations and procedures.
Not only are staff trained, they have to be checked regularly for competency. Competency is checked both internally and externally at specified intervals in accordance with our SMS manuals for tasks undertaken and requires that certain tasks be demonstrated to show that staff perform tasks in a safe and correct manner.
